Residential complex replacing the sidi hotel in San Juan

A luxurious residential complex, exclusively designed to maximise the spectacular sea views.

This project will be replacing the existing Sidi Hotel, along the stretch of the Alicante coastline known as Playa del Cabo de las Huertas
All of the dwellings are grouped in three large blocks in order to leave plenty of space for communal areas and local facilities generating a resort-style environment once inhabited.
The main facades for the three blocks overlook the beach, towards the east, maximising not only the views, but also the amount of natural sunlight.
The unique crescent design position, just away from the shoreline allows unspoilt, natural views from the residences, gardens and pools alike, and offers direct access to the beach and Mediterranean.
Within the grounds residents will find all the amenities expected in modern urbanisation, such as swimming pools, gardens, sports facilities (including a fully equipped gymnasium), plus a private jetty for pleasure boats and secluded private beach.
All living spaces have east-facing windows, allowing natural light to flood throughout, and designed to be as ecologically friendly as possible with insulated glazing and climate-control ventilation combining to ensure that only the minimum amount of energy need be consumed.
Between the buildings, there will be large, multi-use, covered areas allowing protection from all types of weather for meeting points, setting down and unloading zones, and seasonal guest parking too.
