For the revamp of this apartment in front of one of the most attractive areas in the city of Alicante near the port, the owners (old acquaintances and previous clients) once again entrusted us with the renovation of what will be their new home. Their ideas were clear in wanting to repeat the experience of their first renovation, but this time with a larger area premises of almost 200sqm, with natural light reaching every corner of the house. For this, we proposed a light wood laminate flooring throughout the house, and a use of soft materials and colours on the walls, ceilings and furniture, aside from the kitchen island. The is the main element of the house, indeed the first thing seen upon entering and around which the day zone is positioned. Contrasting the neutral tones of the rest of the house, being made of black porcelain with fine white naturalised strands through it, the prominence will be intensified.
