This partial house refurbishment in the countryside near Elche, the owner requested a change of image to the kitchen and a renovation of the master bedroom, without detracting from the traditional image purveyed by the rest of the property.
The kitchen focal point was a green tile surrounding a large extractor hood and so an attempt was made to create an updated version whilst maintaining the characteristic elements and updating the kitchen furniture so that better integration with the appliances could be achieved to generate an overall image that echoes back to the original kitchen design.
In the bedroom it was not only the aesthetic, but also the distribution and organization of the entire space, merging an old office area into the new bedroom and the creation of a dressing room that has access to the main bathroom. It is the change from marble to a wood flooring that provides greater warmth and a more suitable atmosphere for a bedroom.
