It was very clear from the owner that his Italian restaurant was to evoke the classic side of that country, and with a motto suggesting they are so Italian they do not serve pizza, the challenge was there to bring a contemporary style to his vision.
Stripping everything back from the walls and floor, the original stone and marble checkerboard mosaic were in excellent condition and created a fantastic base on which to place appropriate furniture and light accordingly.
A comfortable, yet unique atmosphere was generated giving diners an aura as authentic as the food they were enjoying.
