When a run-down, country property was acquired by a family of five, we were set the challenge of reinvigorating rather than just renovating it. Retaining its existing aesthetic typical of Elche, the family wanted something contemporary with a long-living air of fashionable style.
The end result incorporated the living and dining areas along with the kitchen and a terrace under a modern extension accentuated by large concrete beams running the length of the ceiling, generating a very personal space. Each area within was carefully lit and decorated to be attractive, yet cozy, and functional as a family home.
